Ann has more than 20 years of regulatory and anti-financial crime Compliance experience preceded by several years in private wealth client facing roles.
Ann has held a number of key person position throughout her career including compliance officer, MLCO and MLRO for medium and large sized trust companies in Jersey.
Ann joined the Group in 2021 and is responsible for Praxis Jersey's Compliance function ensuring that the business continues to have a comprehensive framework of systems and controls to ensure that it complies with all applicable legislative and regulatory requirements and to improve the efficiency with which those obligations are met.
In addition to her wealth of experience in the industry Ann is an Associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute and completed both Jersey Financial Compliance and MLRO examinations.
