Donna was educated in Guernsey before studying law at Exeter University obtaining an honours degree before returning to the island on completion of her studies in 2009.
She joined Credit Suisse Trust in the same year as trust administrator and started her professional studies qualifying as a full member of STEP in 2011. During 2015 Donna joined Praxis as trust manager managing a team that administers a wide range of structures.
Relocating to the UK in 2017, Donna spent five years heading up the UK trust and corporate offering in London where she held the position of Managing Director and was responsible for business development. Following a period of maternity leave, Donna returned to Praxis in Guernsey in January 2023.
Donna has also successfully completed the ILM Management course and is a full member of STEP and AAT.
Awarded the Citywealth Future Leaders Editor's Choice award 2019 Donna was one of the seven judges at the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards 2020. She has been shortlisted for the 2022 Citywealth Powerwomen awards under the category Mentor of the Year.
With a keen interest in employee wellbeing Donna qualified as a Mental Health First Aider in February 2021.
