Our staff are fundamental to our success and we recognise the importance of investing in them and their career with us.
This ‘grow our talent’ ethos is a continual process and in practice means we are committed to training and development. We offer our staff support and encouragement to diversify their skills by offering personal development plans, relocation and secondment opportunities and wellness benefits.
We have an ‘ACCA Approved Employer – Trainee Development, Platinum’ status which recognises the support provided to our own employees who are ACCA trainees who are working towards an ACCA Qualification. We also hold an ‘ACCA Approved Employer – Professional Development’ status which recognises the continuing professional development opportunities provided to our ACCA members.
We believe that training and development is vital not only to our success but also our staff’s on-going growth and development.
PraxisIFM has an above industry average ratio of professionally qualified or currently studying staff, which gives them confidence in their skills, cements the knowledge they gain through their day-to-day work and helps them build their own peer network.
We support a variety of professional qualifications including:

Our tailored programme gives students a great taster of the variety of roles available within finance.
