Statement from Robert Fearis, CEO:
“The Board and the Executive Committee both believe in the crucial importance of diversity and inclusivity for our employees, clients, shareholders and other stakeholders including the communities in which we operate. Encouraging our employees to be as diverse in their thinking as possible, without fear of judgment, is not just the right thing to do, it’s the commercially sensible thing to do. Time and again research shows that diverse teams, in which different voices are heard and respected, lead businesses to make better decisions. I am delighted that we implemented our Diversity and Inclusivity Policy for all staff on 10 November 2021”

Focus on inclusivity
We recognise that everyone is different, and therefore diverse. However, there’s no point in diversity within PraxisIFM if we do not give everyone, no matter their role, the opportunity to be included in what we do and have their diverse points of view heard. Otherwise our business may be subject to echo-chamber effects where the same views are heard and amplified. Therefore, the focus of PraxisIFM’s D&I initiative is on inclusivity so everyone can be heard.

We have an internal ESG committee which meets monthly to drive various initiatives, including D&I.
