Compliance Administrator – Guernsey

The Compliance Administrator will assist with compliance and risk projects and testing the Group’s systems to ensure compliance with the relevant laws, regulations, the AML/CFT Handbook and other guidance issued by the GFSC.

Two – three years’ relevant work experience in compliance is preferred, however trust and company, pensions or fund administration experience (in particular offshore administration experience) will be viewed favorably. Candidates should also have a compliance qualification at certificate level or an equivalent level qualification in trust, pensions or fund administration.

An understanding of Guernsey’s legal and regulatory framework, including AML and CFT provisions, the ability to take responsibility including prioritising work and meeting deadlines and excellent communication skills and analytical skills are also required.
