We’re looking for a friendly receptionist to join our growing Netherlands team.

Acting as front of house, you’ll be responsible for running the reception as well as carrying out administration duties to ensure a smooth running of our Netherlands office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering calls
  • Managing incoming/outgoing mail and courier shipments
  • Managing stationary supplies
  • Acting as key contact for suppliers and cleaners
  • Ensuring the reception area is kept neat and tidy
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks

Required skills:

  • MBO+ level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A fluent proficiency of the Dutch and English language
