We’re looking for a friendly receptionist to join our growing Netherlands team.
Acting as front of house, you’ll be responsible for running the reception as well as carrying out administration duties to ensure a smooth running of our Netherlands office.
- Greeting visitors
- Answering calls
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail and courier shipments
- Managing stationary supplies
- Acting as key contact for suppliers and cleaners
- Ensuring the reception area is kept neat and tidy
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks
- MBO+ level
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel and Outlook
- A fluent proficiency of the Dutch and English language
