We’re looking for a friendly receptionist/office administration assistant with at least one year’s experience in the finance industry to join our growing UK team.

Acting as front of house, you’ll be responsible for running the reception as well as carrying out administration duties to ensure a smooth running of our London office.

Day to day duties include:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering calls
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms
  • Collecting, scanning and distributing post
  • Ordering general supplies
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects

You’ll have excellent communication, numeracy and computer skills, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work to deadlines with adequate supervision.

This is a full time role and training will be given on an ongoing basis.
