This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for systems and technology who is looking to start their IT career in a growing business.

As part of our Group IT Team, you will be supporting colleagues globally, assisting with user support and maintenance of equipment, and following our process and procedures. The role will involve communicating with a wide range of users and understanding their requirements and resolving any issues. You will also be required to configure and maintain equipment and maintain records of equipment.

Key responsibilities:

To provide first class customer service and support to our colleagues globally to include:

  • First line support
  • Problem investigation and diagnosis
  • Documentation of processes and inventory tracking
  • Set up of new user accounts
  • Maintenance and monitoring of systems in accordance with existing procedures
  • Preparation of equipment in line with work specification and appropriate deadlines
  • Administration tasks within the department
  • Implementation of hardware and services through onsite or remote work
  • Providing a range of ad hoc and project support as required by the Group IT Team

Skills and knowledge:

  • A passion for technology
  • Ability to process and understand new information in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of prioritising and managing multiple queries at the same time
  • Able to follow processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good problems solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
