We’ve got a great opportunity for someone to join our growing team in Malta responsible for assisting with all aspects of our pension administration business and the associated retirement schemes and retirement fund.

This is a full time, permanent position working for our cross-border specialist pension service provider, Trireme Pension Services (Malta) Limited.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • The establishment and transfer of personal pension and occupational schemes
  • Carrying out new business procedures for client take-on, including system set-up
  • Liaising with existing pension providers and independent financial advisors in relation to pension transfers
  • Preparation of annual member statements

You’ll be fluent in written and spoken English, educated to ‘A’ level standard and able to work on your own initiative and within a small team. Attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines are also required.
