Born in the UK and later educated in Guernsey, Tom began his career in the offshore financial services industry in 2006 with Fairbairn Trust, working as a trainee trust and company administrator.
Tom has worked for the Group for 12 years and is head of the client administration teams within Private Wealth & Corporate Services. The teams administer and manage a wide range of complex trust and company structures for high net worth individuals.
Tom qualified as a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in 2012 and in 2017 he successfully completed the ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management.
Tom featured in the 2022 and 2023 eprivateclient as one of the Channel Islands NextGen Leaders list (previously Top 35 under 35) highlighting him as one of Guernsey's most promising private client professionals.
Having retired from his playing career with Guernsey FC in the summer of 2022, Tom is now a qualified referee and officiates local games.
