Emma is responsible for the HR function for the Jersey office and brings extensive strategic and operational experience in HR and L&D across the financial services and e-commerce sectors.

Emma is passionate about the role that HR can play in driving organisational success by partnering with the business to develop a positive culture and engaged workforce who deliver high performance and results through alignment to the business strategy.

Outside work Emma enjoys spending time with her family, eating out and keeping as active as possible.
