Originally from the Isle of Man, Alex joined the Group in 2021 following the acquisition of the established yacht ownership services business of Abacus Trust Group in Malta.
History
With over 18 years' experience in the corporate services industry working for international financial services companies in the Isle of Man, Malta and London, Alex's background is predominately in client services, operations and business development.
Alex's specialist knowledge is within the superyacht and aviation industry where he has administered portfolios of companies for ultra-high net worth individuals.
In addition to this he has also administered and had a great deal of exposure to marine trading holding property ownership technology and e-Gaming companies.
Responsibilities
Alex is responsible for leading the coordination and development of the Group's corporate administration of yacht ownership structure services.
He was appointed Managing Director in Malta in February 2022.
