The job holder will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Human Resources function in the Guernsey office and assist with various HR matters for the Group’s Malta, Luxembourg, London and UAE offices. Responsibilities include recruitment and overseeing the induction process, performance management, co-ordinating the probationary and annual appraisal processes, remuneration and benefits including the annual salary review and promotion process and employee support. 

Applicant’s should have a minimum of 10 years’ relevant HR experience and be fully CIPD qualified (Chartered Member), or nearing qualification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to deal with staff of all levels, a sound knowledge of Guernsey employment legislation and an understanding of the employment legislation applicable to other office locations are also required.
