An exciting opportunity to join our growing HR team in Guernsey. The role will involve providing administrative support to the HR department, taking responsibility for key functions including external training, the preparation of induction packs and managing records on the company’s internal records system.

The successful applicant will also assist with preparing payroll, and related Income Tax and Social Security reports, the recruitment process and annual appraisal forms.

A minimum of two year’s relevant HR generalist experience is required, as is holding or be willing to study towards the CIPD Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice. We’re looking for somebody with excellent verbal communication skills together with the ability to compose simple letters and reports, have an understanding of Guernsey employment legislation and have a proactive attitude.
